Free Discovery Call

I strongly encourage all prospective clients to book this before purchasing a package!

This 15 minute chat will help you see if we are a good fit! We will briefly review your goals and needs, and then  we can determine what the best course of action may look like.

Initial Assessment (60 minutes)

• 60 minute session where we complete a full comprehensive assessment of your health and diet history. We will review your current goals and address short and long term strategies on meeting those goals. We will complete an evaluation of your diet, and I will provide you with recommendations.

• After the session you will receive a summary outlining the recommendations and any additional interventions if needed

Follow-up appointment (30 minutes)

• 30 minute session where we check-in to monitor progress towards goals – we will celebrate successes, and strategize on next steps. We will adjust your nutrition care plan according to your goals, provide additional interventions if needed

• After the session you will receive a summary outlining the recommendations/changes to your care plan, and any additional interventions if needed

• This applies to individuals seeing the practitioner regularly within 2-8 week intervals. Anything outside this time frame is classed as an extended review.

Extended Review (45 minutes)

• 45 minute session including all listed above under "Follow-up appointment" , allowing more time for additional discussion and evaluation

• Extended Reviews apply to clients who have not seen the practitioner within 8-10 weeks ONLY. Any time-frame after this requires another initial assessment

All package bundles contain an initial assessment, plus varying amounts of follow-up appointments. Purchasing a bundle can help you save money, and hold you accountable!
